Who we are

The family bought the land and buildings in 2013 starting with a radical renovation of the former stable, completing the entire renovation of the ancillary parts and gardens until 2023.
The Dependence is a classic end house of a typical Modenese rural complex built around 1900, as the residence of the farmers and wine producers of the time.

With the opening of this B&B business, the Bellei and Bedini family intend to offer their guests the warm Emilian and Modenese hospitality, made up of a strong link with the territory and with the ancient traditions, trying to share and make them savor the innumerable excellences that the earth offers.
The project is also the realization of a dream: that of being able to start your own business by regaining possession of dimensions that modern life often does not allow you to fully experience.
